Entry-Level Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic entry-level barista to join our team in Jizan. As an entry-level barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink served
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to make recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant education or training is a plus)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is also preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn about coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but considered an asset

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Jizan but open to candidates from any nationality who meet the requirements. English speaking candidates are preferred.
