Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Sheduva. You will work closely with local government agencies, property owners, and construction teams to ensure that preservation projects are carried out accurately and efficiently. Your role will require a deep understanding of historical architecture, materials, and techniques to ensure the preservation of these valuable assets.
Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, assessing the structural integrity of buildings, creating preservation plans and specifications, and overseeing construction projects. You will also collaborate with local historians and experts to research the history of each building and incorporate this into your preservation plans.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field with a focus on historic preservation. While experience is not required for this position, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in architectural conservation or restoration projects.
As this is a contract position, you should be comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. However, you will also need to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials.
