We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan garden layouts
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and shape
- Monitor for pests and diseases and take appropriate action
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge garden beds
- Remove weeds and debris from gardens
- Install irrigation systems as needed
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to use gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
1500$ per month

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
