We are in search of a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. Your role will involve collaborating with our development team, understanding project requirements, and using your design skills to create unique website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals and requirements
- Design responsive website layouts that align with client brand guidelines
- Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites
- Conduct usability testing to ensure user-friendly website navigation
- Optimize website design for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of previous web design projects showcasing strong design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design software
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Understanding of SEO principles is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai. Applicants must have their own visa as we do not provide visa sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided.
