Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Siauliai. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, grade, and level land for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other project documents
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (open to candidates of any nationality)
