Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative tasks for the company in Siauliai. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, with knowledge of office management procedures and systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the team
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of important information
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Fluency in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Siauliai without accommodation or visa sponsorship
