Facade Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Facade Designer to join our team in the beautiful city of Utena. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, without accommodation. We also offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating exterior building facades that are visually appealing, functional, and meet all safety and structural requirements. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand their design goals and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural design principles. You should also have excellent drawing skills and be proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop facade designs that are functional, safe, and visually appealing
- Create detailed drawings using design software
- Select appropriate building materials based on project specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work within project timelines and budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of facade installations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or similar field)
- Proven experience as a Facade Designer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural design principles
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong drawing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from different disciplines
