Executive Chef - Fine Dining

Our award-winning establishment is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and visually stunning menus, keeping up with current food trends and utilizing seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure high-quality dishes while staying within budget
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in all areas of food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with management on menu development, special events, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavors, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for creating unique culinary experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher position
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
