Gardener

A gardening company in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces in the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, trees, and other plants
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Maintaining garden beds, including weeding and watering
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Installing new landscaping features such as paths or retaining walls
- Maintaining equipment and tools used in gardening tasks
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing advice on plant selection and maintenance to clients
- Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in the Utena area
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale gardening projects
- Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices
- Bilingual proficiency (Lithuanian/English)
