Experienced Painter


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Washington. Our company specializes in providing high-quality painting services for residential and commercial properties. As a Painter, you will be responsible for executing painting projects with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques such as brush, roller, or spray gun
- Mix and match colors according to specifications
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work for touch-ups or defects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Complete projects within specified time frames

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of completed projects
- Proficient in surface preparation, color mixing, and application techniques
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work on ladders or scaffolding
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
