Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and support staff.
- Oversee the development of architectural designs and plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Review project proposals and provide feedback.
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Akron but remote work options may be available for the right candidate.
