Entry-Level Merchandiser

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail? We are seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way possible.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to check product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure proper stock levels
- Set up product displays according to company guidelines
- Implement promotions and special offers as directed by management
- Work with sales team to identify opportunities for increased sales and improved product placement
- Keep accurate records of store visits, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns that arise

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
