Dishwasher - Entry Level


We are in search of a hardworking and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in Nakuru. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This is an entry level position with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner
- Ensure all dishes are properly washed and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Empty trash bins regularly to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Follow proper procedures for storing and disposing of kitchen waste
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines set by the company

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time management skills to ensure dishes are washed promptly to keep up with kitchen demands
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred but not required
- Must have strong communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this entry level position.

This job is located in Nakuru. Please only apply if you are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Nakuru.
