Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Malindi is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress
- Manage and train a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Malindi preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid biometric passport required for travel within the country
- Ability to work full time with occasional overtime as needed
