Restaurant Manager
We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Lom. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service, maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, and managing the staff to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, inventory control, and staff management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Train and supervise staff members on their roles and responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Manage reservation systems, handle customer complaints or concerns, and address any issues that may arise during service
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items
- Create work schedules for staff members according to business needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Salary: 1300$ per month (without accommodation)
