Industrial Architect



Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and a passion for creating functional and efficient spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to solve complex design challenges
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress during construction
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in St. Petersburg. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
