Responsibilities:
- Assist senior gardeners with day-to-day tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
- Learn about different types of plants and their care requirements
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the garden by keeping it clean and well-maintained
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- No prior experience in gardening required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Passion for plants and gardening
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform gardening tasks such as lifting heavy objects, kneeling, bending, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail
