Mason - Part-Time


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Shan, providing part-time services for our clients. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining various structures using materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications of construction projects
- Measure and cut materials to required size using hand or power tools
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to plans
- Mix cement, sand, and water to produce mortar or grout
- Spread mortar between bricks or stones and remove excess using trowels or other tools
- Align bricks or stones using plumb line, gauge rod or level
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Install fireplaces, chimneys, retaining walls or other decorative elements as required
- Adhere to safety regulations and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with masonry materials and techniques
- Physical strength and stamina
- Attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for part-time work

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
