Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Triesen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff on food preparation, customer service, and overall performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Develop new strategies to increase revenue and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
