Concierge Assistant
The role of a Concierge Assistant is to provide exceptional customer service and assist the Concierge in ensuring the smooth operation of a luxury hotel or residential building. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. This position is suitable for men who are looking for a full-time job in Triesen, with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, luggage handling, and other guest requests.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
- Assist with coordinating reservations for restaurants or events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
