Concierge Assistant
The role of a Concierge Assistant is to provide exceptional customer service and assist the Concierge in ensuring the smooth operation of a luxury hotel or residential building. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, luggage handling, and other guest requests.
