Sales Representative

We are a fast-paced and dynamic retail company looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry (1+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in Izhevsk or surrounding areas
