Head Chef



We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Jerusalem. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Create and update menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes, specials, and promotions.
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and portion control standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and suppliers.
- Must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a chef in a restaurant setting
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef preferred

Salary: $1300/month
