Contract Administrator
A reputable company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Contract Administrator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration. This is a contract position with an immediate start date and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
- Ensuring all contract terms are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of contract deadlines, renewals, and changes
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract updates and changes
- Resolving any contractual disputes or issues that may arise
- Conducting regular audits of contracts to identify potential risks or areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in contract management or administration
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
- Experience working in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to contracts
- Fluency in Arabic
