IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and systems. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, network, and security protocols, and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Identify new technology solutions to enhance business operations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successful implementation of new technology initiatives

Salary: $1300 per month
