Part-Time Construction Manager

As a part-time Construction Manager in Acre, Israel, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve managing construction workers and ensuring that safety protocols are followed on site.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with architects and engineers
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee construction progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Hire and supervise construction workers to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors to review bids, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
