Baker (Part-Time)

We are a busy bakery located in the charming city of Vianden, known for its beautiful castle and rich history. We are seeking a part-time Baker to join our team and assist with creating delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to our recipes and high quality standards.
- Ensure that all products are fresh, properly displayed, and available for purchase throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure safe consumption of all products.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions about our products in a friendly and informative manner.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and decorating.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility with schedule as this is a part-time position that may require working on weekends or holidays.

Compensation:
This is an hourly position paying $1600 per month. In addition to competitive pay, we also offer accommodation for our employees if needed.
