Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements between the company and external partners. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration and be able to work independently. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available. Women are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Negotiate terms and conditions with external partners
- Maintain contract records and ensure proper filing and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding contract details
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration or related role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Utena, Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)
Employment type: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension)
