Commercial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, excellent design and technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare construction documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs as needed
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent technical knowledge of building systems
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with benefits including free visa and ticket. This is a full-time position suitable for men. Accommodation is not provided.
