Office Manager
We are in search of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our employees. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversee daily office operations such as scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary
- Maintain office budget and expenses
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate with IT department for any technical issues or equipment needs
- Manage payroll and benefits administration for employees
- Monitor office policies and procedures, making improvements when necessary
- Plan company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration or related field preferred
