We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and serving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Must be fluent in English
