Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly efficient and organized Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Indian national, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and prior experience in a similar role. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks, and providing support to the team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor budget and expenses related to office operations
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience managing staff is preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
$1700 per month
