Concierge Assistant

We are a luxury hotel located in the heart of Herzliya, seeking a highly motivated and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist the Concierge with daily tasks such as making reservations, organizing transportation, and providing recommendations for local activities and attractions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Concierge with daily tasks
- Make reservations for guests
- Organize transportation for guests
- Provide recommendations for local activities and attractions
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with arranging special events or activities for guests
- Ensure that all guest needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and services is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Herzliya, Israel
