Junior Construction Manager


We are hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates from Pakistan without prior experience and who do not require proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor construction progress and report any delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review project budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- No prior experience required
- Ability to live on-site in provided accommodations
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
