Gardener

We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of private residences, public parks, or commercial properties. Your duties will include planting and pruning trees, shrubs, and flowers, maintaining lawns and other greenery, as well as identifying and treating plant diseases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nature and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden plans based on client preferences
- Planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers in designated areas
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining other greenery
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Cleaning up debris and maintaining overall cleanliness of the garden area
- Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, flowers, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure the gardens are well-maintained at all times
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with clients effectively

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is $1200 per month.
