Architecture Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design and planning to construction and completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and construction schedules
- Oversee the coordination of all project activities including site visits, meetings, and inspections
- Review project plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget by monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
