Entry Level Florist


As an Entry Level Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your creativity and eye for detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our florist shop.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations of the florist shop
- Create unique floral designs based on customer requests
- Ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a florist or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Creative mind with an eye for design and detail
- Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Eldoret

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
