Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve all project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
