Waiter/Waitress



We are a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Nakuru, catering to a diverse clientele. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated waiters/waitresses to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary: Starting salary of 1400$ per month plus tips.
