Plasterboard Worker



We are seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard in various construction projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to project specifications
- Secure plasterboard panels to walls and ceilings using nails or screws
- Fill joints, holes, and cracks with joint compound and smooth out using hand tools
- Sand down finished surfaces for a smooth finish
- Install metal corner beads around windows, doors, and corners of walls
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure project is completed efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
