Mason Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high quality and timely completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines.
- Order materials and maintain inventory levels.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications.
- Provide guidance and direction to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Biometric passport required for travel.
