We are currently hiring for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company procedures and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct pre-operational checks before using equipment and report any defects or malfunctions immediately
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks within given deadlines
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials using the equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Equipment Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Proven ability to operate various types of heavy equipment accurately and safely
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and project plans
- Physical strength and stamina to work long hours in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
