Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the architectural design and construction process by creating detailed technical drawings and specifications. Your primary focus will be on producing accurate and precise architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify accuracy of drawings
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Make necessary changes to plans based on feedback from team members or clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
