Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Read and understand construction plans and project specifications
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Good communication skills in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Physically fit to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
