Office Assistant
Our growing company in Bayan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are assisted promptly
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring they are well-stocked
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Communicating with clients in a professional manner via email or phone
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1500 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position from Sunday to Thursday (9am - 5pm) without accommodation provided. We welcome freshers who meet the requirements to apply.
