Computer Support Specialist


We are a leading technology company based in Gujrat seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support to computer users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users both in person and remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems reported by users
- Maintain records of all support activities in our ticketing system
- Train new employees on how to use computer systems and applications
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Experience with remote desktop tools is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and free visa and ticket for international candidates.
