Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Karachi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with great multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners) is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
