Head Baker

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to oversee the daily operations of our bakery located in Karachi. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our menu, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training new staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, excellent management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with new and seasonal items
- Oversee all aspects of baking including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, decorating, and packaging
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Train new staff on baking techniques and standards
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards set by the bakery
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop new products or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to manage inventory levels effectively
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail with high standards for quality control
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
