Junior Architectural Technologist


We are currently seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with experienced architects and designers to assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and learning.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and detailed drawings
- Conduct site visits and assist in measuring existing buildings or sites
- Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Attend client meetings and communicate project progress effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience or internships in an architectural firm preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: $1100/month
