We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Khanpur. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for inventory.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
