Merchandiser



As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and availability of products in our retail stores in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating an attractive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement visual displays and merchandising strategies to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always available on the sales floor
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products and create seasonal displays
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to determine the success of merchandising strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including back stock areas

Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- No prior experience required, we provide on-the-job training
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual displays
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train store staff
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred but not required:
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Fluency in local language
